We endeavour to respond to your enquires as soon as possible. Please allow for this response time to be longer over weekends and bank holidays.

The supplier of the goods under your order is The Sorbus Tree whose registered address is (company registration).

Online Orders

*When we refer to 'you' and 'your' we mean the user of the Website and the purchaser of the Goods.

*These conditions of sale are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

*We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address given and the sending of this e-mail and, whether or not it is received, binds the contract between us.

*We may correct an error appearing on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.

*Individual product pricing is inclusive of VAT if applicable unless otherwise stated.

*Our products are made in a kitchen which stores and handles nuts and other potential allergens however our labels state clearly when they are present in any of the ingredient list in any meal. It is the customer's responsibility to check the ingredient list to check for any allergens they wish to avoid. If in any doubt please contact hello@thesorbustree.co.uk for further information and reassurance.

*You must pay in full for the goods (including any applicable delivery charges) at the time of placing your order.

*You have a bond contract from the time you submit your order, if you wish to change or cancel your order you must email us hello@thesorbustree.co.uk two days before collection or dispatch. Any changes made after this time may not be accepted.

*We will arrange for delivery of the products you have ordered to the address which you have specified (if applicable) in the checkout procedure. 

*If you do not take delivery of the products or supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and you are not eligible for a refund of the cost of goods. 

*Once the products are in your possession, you are fully responsible for following the storage & cooking/reheating instructions that are printed on the product labels and available on the website. 

*All of our prices displayed on the website are correct at time of listing. 

*All prices displayed and all payments are in UK Pounds sterling.

Gift Cards

*The only gift vouchers that are valid for use are The Sorbus Tree electronic gift cards, purchased through this website.

*Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase any further vouchers.

*Multiple Gift Cards can be redeemed in one transaction up the value of the goods.

*Gift Cards will not be refunded or replaced if lost or damaged.

*Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned.

*Gift Cards cannot be exchanged.

*Gift Cards cannot be extended once expired, they must be used within the specified timeframe.

Accounts & Passwords

*You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and maintenance of your personal account information and password.

*You accept responsibility for all activities which occur under your account and password.

*We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage as failure by you to protect your password or account details.

*We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate personal accounts, amend and remove content and cancel orders (at no cost to you).
