General Queries

Yes, all our savoury pies come ready to bake at home. The fillings have been pre-cooked, chilled, then assembled in our pastry, then frozen immediately. All our pies are designed to be cooked from frozen.

We have individual sized pies which weigh 290g, a really decent size for a serves 1. We also offer our pies in a large serves 6-8 size, which have a minimum weight of 1500g - serving size dependent upon your appetite! We now also offer many of our pies in a 4-pack bundle at a special price!

Yes, absolutely! We would usually recommend you deduct about 5 minutes off the oven cooking time.

We have a few gluten free pies on our menu, using our own specially developed recipe - our pies indicated with a GF or GFO are gluten free or are available as a gluten free option.

Ordering

All orders for our pies, lasagne's & sweet treats are made through the website. If however you have a last minute 'on the day' request, we welcome you to drop-in or send us an email so we can check our stock levels as we will often be able to accommodate your order.

All payments are made via the online payment system when you place your order on our website.

Sorry, we do not accept cash payments.

If you're coming to the unit to collect a last minute/on-the-day order, we have a card machine available on site and/or we can take your card details in person when you arrive to collect your order.

There is no minimum spend for collections. For deliveries the minimum spend is £25.

You can now order online through the website for 'Same-Day' Collections, as little as one hour in advance. You can order for delivery with one days notice - please note we currently operate our own deliveries, so delivery is only available on Thursday or Friday.

All available dates and time slots (for collection and delivery) will be displayed when you checkout your order.

If you wish to change or add anything to a current order, please email us at hello@thesorbustree.co.uk as oppose to booking another collection slot.

The likelihood is the confirmation may have gone into your junk/spam folder so please double check, or there may have been a typo in your email address. If you are still having trouble, please send an email to hello@thesorbustree.co.uk so that we can investigate.

Yes! You will see all the available dates & times at the checkout point. If anything changes on the menu, if you want to add or edit anything on an order you've already placed, just send us an email and we'll do our best to help.

Collections & Deliveries

Monday - Friday 9am-4pm

We are the last unit on the right.

When you arrive at our unit (where there is plenty of parking available), please come to the main front door where you will find a team member who will get your order for you.

We operate our own delivery service to selected postcodes in the North Wales and Chester area. We deliver on Thursdays and Fridays only.
